SUMMARY: Provide senior level experience to ensure that IMC grant and program implementation are compliant with donor regulations, specific grant requirements and IMC policies and procedures.

Grants and Contract Compliance
Responsible for direct management of at least one IMC Regional Grants/Contracts Portfolio, including: •Using extensive knowledge of USAID, DHHS, and European donor regulations, administer requirements of donor grants/contracts. Work with Operations to secure donor approvals and review/negotiate new awards and subsequent modifications;
•Develop, review and provide guidance on subawards and subgrants, to ensure compliance with donor and IMC regulations and policies. Conduct training for IMC subgrantees as required;
 •Review and provide guidance on significant procurement actions undertaken with donor funds;
 •Assist Operations and Finance departments to ensure consistent reporting to donors as per awards and regulations;
 •Ensure efficient and timely routing of awards through internal Sharepoint-based systems and internal review protocols;
 •Maintain all key related information/documentation for awarded instruments, including but not limited to, grant documents, extensions, modifications, contracts, subawards, MoUs, key correspondences, and other relevant documents; In general,
•Work with Director of Grants & Contracts to provide senior-level guidance and interpretation of existing and new donor requirements, IMC policies and procedures, and
 •Identify potential areas of compliance risk for IMC and work with Legal, Finance and Operations to enhance and improve policies as needed
•Advise and support Finance on external and internal audit matters Capacity Building
 •Assist Director of GCM to develop and rollout a capacity building program for HQ and field staff
•With other GCM staff, conduct training workshops within IMC that promote compliance to donor regulations, organizational needs, as well as the changing regulatory environment
•Assist proposal development team in the review and interpretation of solicitation requirements; provide guidance on how to effectively respond to the solicitations.
 •Review and provide feedback on RFQ, RFPs, and POs, contracts/agreements issued or negotiated by IMC
 •With other GCM staff, participate and assist with new hire orientation on-boarding General
 •Work collaboratively with team members and other departments including operations, finance, legal and logistics;
 •Perform other duties as assigned. The duties and responsibilities listed above are representative of the nature and level of work assigned and are not necessarily all inclusive.

REQUIREMENTS:

•Education: Undergraduate / Graduate degree •Experience with grants and contracts management (8 years or more) •Strong working knowledge of USG and other (UN, World Bank, European donors) donor regulations and requirements
