About the Job:
SEEP is seeking a Program Associate. S/he will be responsible for the successful implementation of member processes as well as communications and marketing efforts that will contribute to increased member satisfaction and engagement and to raise SEEP's profile.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development and implementation of member processes, activities, and services. Includes processing membership applications, coordinating member renewals, responding to member inquiries, support the delivery of member orientations, and follow-ups;
- Support the implementation of data-driven strategies and analysis of member feedback and related activities to support refinement of SEEP services and strategies;
- Conduct communications and marketing of SEEP programs and activities, using a variety of platforms;
- Maintain organization’s brand consistency throughout organizational communications;
- Assist in the design and development of SEEP outreach materials, both print and online;
- Contribute to the development and implementation of SEEP dialogues, meet the practitioner and other learning events;
- Implement effective processes for annual conference workshop submissions from members and provide support in the coordination of the annual conference advisory committee;
- Provide event planning and logistics support for the organization of the annual conference.
Qualifications:
- B.A. or B.S. degree in Communications, Marketing, International Development, or equivalent. Master’s degree preferred;
- Minimum 3 - 4 years of work experience in marketing and communications, preferably in international affairs and/or microfinance;
- Written and verbal communication and customer service skills a must;
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver and other graphics program skills;
- Adept at cross-cultural communication in a global environment;
- Facility with web content, database management, and related programs and systems;
- Demonstrated ability to work within designated budgets;
- Advanced proofreading and writing skills for producing communication materials;
- Professional proficiency Spanish is required.
