Responsibilities Include:
- Cultivate relationships with existing accounts at the highest strategic level
- Prospect for new opportunities in existing client base
- Proactively identify and develop growth opportunities in our market
- Provide industry and market expertise
- Manage sales through forecasting, account resource allocation, account strategy and planning
- Develop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the products
- Negotiate pricing and contractual agreements to close million dollar sales
JOB REQUIREMENTS Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required; MBA preferred
- Minimum of 4 to 6 years experience in Software Sales and a consistent track record closing multi-million dollar deals
- Previous software sales experience in the Human Resources and/or Benefits Administration space
- Previous experience selling Software As A Service (Saas) products
- Excellent presentation and leadership skills
- Strong interpersonal skills to include: communication, conflict management and complex contract negotiation
- Ability to travel extensively throughout the US
- Previous experience working in a high growth technology industry
