ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Performs a variety of high level administrative and project tasks for the Major Systems Initiative (MSI), which may include managing project health check process, monitoring OGSP quarterly reporting process, updating MSI documentation, participating as team member in general/overall MSI projects, facilitating the development of annual MSI meeting sessions, and occasionally scribing and posting meeting minutes. Provide direct support to the MSI Systems Strategy Director and the MSI Business Director and may support other MSI Leadership Team members. Includes frequent interaction with all MSI staff. Makes interpretations and recommendations as appropriate.Duties can be confidential and require comprehensive knowledge of TNC's policies, procedures and operations. Responsibilities require discretion, judgment, tact and poise. Incumbent has considerable latitude and flexibility in carrying out assigned tasks. TNC
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree plus at least 5 years related work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience with MS Office and SharePoint
- Experience coordinating projects, setting realistic deadlines, managing a timeline or related activities
- Experience working with all levels of staff.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English
- SharePoint experience strongly preferred.
- May require database management with ability to produce reports and ability to use advanced functions.
- Proven organizational and administrative skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to organize time, manage diverse activities and meet critical deadlines.
- Experience manipulating, analyzing and/or interpreting data.
