The USAID/Office of Foreign Disaster Assistance (OFDA) is seeking applications for a Humanitarian Policy Advisor for the Humanitarian Policy and Global Engagement Team in Washington, D.C. (SOL-OFDA-14-000003) under a Personal Services Contract (PSC).
