Tooling Engineer Talan Products, a growing and dynamic ISO certified metal stamping company specializing
in high speed long run stampings, has a position available for a detail and goal oriented self starter to be responsible for the design and development of metal stamped components and assemblies, progressive die tooling, and related production assembly equipment and processes. In this role, you will determine capability of potential new sales projects, develop new and existing products/processes by designing new tooling and modifying existing tooling, and work closely with tool build vendors during new builds. Requirements include bachelor's degree in engineering, five plus years experience in progressive die design and component design in a precision metal forming/metal stamping manufacturing environment, a working knowledge of MS Office suite, Solid Works 3D modelling (or equivalent), and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
