Radcom, Inc. is looking for an experienced full time commissioned sales representative to join our team, selling technical writing and instructional design services to Fortune 1000 companies in North East Ohio.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills; interacts with and works well with others in various fast changing, environments. including strong networking and listening skills; effective problem solving skills; able to prioritize and manage time; able to maintain self-confidence and high self-esteem in tasks such as cold calling and prospecting. Able to work independently and in a team to
manage and grow assigned accounts. Able to develop and follow plans to achieve sales goals. Candidate must have a willingness to learn.

Bachelor's degree preferred; previous Sandler Training a bonus.

Commission with monthly draw.
