Job Summary:
· Responsible for managing Heritage Guild, LLC Retail Plan and Strategic Goals, the consumer brand experience, team building, retail operations standards and retail marketing and merchandising.
Responsible for all aspects of regulatory compliance
Essential Duties:
· Manage the strategic open-to-buy inventory plan focusing on identifying industry trends and shifts in consumer preferences, developing new lines and product categories, identifying inventory that does not support budget goals and maximizing return on inventory investment.
· Applies and balances both a strategic leadership orientation with hands-on operational/tactical leadership to build a strategic foundation and retail infrastructure for future growth.
Job Requirements:
Education/Experience:
· Minimum of a Bachelors Degree, MBA a plus.
· 5-7 years experience in industry business development and management, operations, staff development and customer service.
· Proven experience in developing and executing a retail business plan.
