Position Summary:
The London NYC is seeking an experienced NYC professional for its Restaurant Manager position at the Maze by Gordon Ramsay restaurant.
The responsibilities of this position include coordinating, supervising and directing all aspects of restaurant and kitchen operations, while maintaining a profitable restaurant outlet, high quality products and service levels. The Restaurant Manager is expected to market ideas to promote business; reduce employee turnover; maintain revenue and payroll budgets; and meet budgeted productivity while keeping quality consistently high.
Union and Fine Dining experience is essential to this position. Experience working for a Luxury Hotel is required.
Must be able to work flexible hours (weekends, nights, holidays)

Requirements
At least 3 years of progressive experience in a luxury hotel or a related field; or a 4-year college degree and at least 1 year of related experience; or a 2-year college degree and 2 or more years of related experience. Must have knowledge of F&B preparation techniques, health department rules and regulations, liquor laws and regulations.
