Assistant Store Manager

As one of our Assistant Store Managers, you will assist the Store Manager with daily operations and supervise employees after a two-week training session. You will maintain proper inventory controls, transactions, and compliance standards for shrink control, and monitor sales activities to ensure customer satisfaction. You will also direct and supervise employees with sales, inventory-taking, reconciling cash receipts, and customer service.

To qualify, you must have a High School Diploma or equivalent, 2-4 years of retail experience as an Assistant Manager, and 3-5 years of retail experience. You must have a strong work ethic, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in exciting, fast-paced environments.
