The Opportunity
Work as a key facilitator of critical mission information on an internal organizational basis. Work as the
key
person maintaining accurate data and tracking of grants impacting
programs supporting thousands of people and important recipient groups
on a global basis. Provide key data to senior management on outcomes and
ad hoc reporting as requested. Work with the following sub-unit groups
for programmatic and financial information flow: Group Supported
Estimated time you will support Asian-American and Pacific-Islander
Ministries 20% National Plan for Hispanic/Latino Ministries As needed
Mission Theology As needed Interpretation Services As needed Global
Praise As needed Monitoring & Evaluation As needed Korean Ministries
Plan As needed Leadership Development As needed Special Program on
Substance Abuse & Related Violence (SPSARV) 30% The Position
The
primary responsibility of the person in this position shall be to
coordinate administration processes related to the monitoring and
processing of grant applications from various programs. The position
requires financial experience, data management experience, the ability
to communicate effectively and to develop collaborative relationships. •
Enter all grant and/or project information necessary to create Mission
Opportunity Book (MOB) items for the approval process, relying on data
and narrative provided by program management
• Facilitate
communication and reporting related to departmental budgets, including
communication concerning budgetary compliance
• Utilize data and narrative provided by program management staff to complete reports for Advance Special Programs
• Process disbursements of funds
• Develop and maintain databases
• Prepare materials for presentation to Cabinet
• Handle input and implementation of the Board-wide database (DDI)
• Coordinate travel arrangements for SPSARV domestic and international meetings
• Other Duties As Assigned

financial data and information is entered and maintained at the highest
level of accuracy

Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
•
At least two years of experience in all of the following areas:
information systems, financial structure and budgetary process,
development of collaborative work teams.
