The operation was founded in 1978 and is a joint venture with 50/50 ownership between two international companies. Our headquarters, including manufacturing and R&D is located in Seymour, Indiana and allows us to be close to our customers: Ford, General Motors, Chrysler, Nissan, Honda, and Toyota. We also operate a manufacturing facility in Queretaro, Mexico and a sales office in Dearborn, Michigan. The company is home to nearly 1,800 employees, and we are looking for talented individuals to join our team! Design and develop advanced illumination systems for automotive lighting products. Develop optical design techniques and technologies. Job Responsibilities : Responsible for maintaining and securing new business opportunities through: -development and execution of customer business plans -development and execution of pricing strategy/proposals -professional sales presentations and timely customer follow-up -complete knowledge of all account activity -effective leadership in all aspects of account management

Qualifications
Required Minimum Experience : Minimum of 5-7 years related experience in Sales, Marketing or Account Management in the automotive marketplace. Education, Knowledge, Skills Required : BA/BS Degree in Business, Marketing, or Technical field required. Prior experience with Japanese OEM and experience/knowledge of automotive lighting products is highly desirable. Strong computer skills. Strong written and oral communication skills.
