Worldwide Quality Manager
Job Description
This position will be responsible for managing the Quality Management system for Browning Worldwide which covers the product quality assurance and the process quality assurance; partnering with our manufacturing sites and managing the Global Quality function for all firearms and non-firearm product categories. Oversee all aspects of the Quality Control program enforcing standards, reviewing audits, reviewing product, product specifications, and resolve issues striving for continuous improvement.

Job Requirements:
Prefer more than 10 years of executive quality experience which includes experience in Quality Systems Management, QA Administration, QA Engineering, QA Audit, Inspection and Test experience. Quality experience in the firearms industry is a plus.
Candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree and/or Master’s degree and/or equivalent education/experience in any a business related field. Preferably senior managers specializing in Quality Control/Assurance manufacturing/production operations or equivalent.
